The Kitchen - the clipboard on the floor marks the center of the room.

The Dining Room - adjoins the kitchen, with a bay window.

The Second Bathroom - taken from near the top of the stairs, this is the 2nd floor bath.

An Unfortunate Tow - our realtor's car wouldn't start. Maybe someone upstairs wanted us to spend more time at this house?

Some Discussion - we spent some time sitting on the front porch, discussing our options, while waiting on our ride.

A Second Visit to the House - on Sunday, we made a return trip, last minute, to really let the details sink in.

The Basement - this is the view down the steps from the sunken den into the basement.

The Basement - the eastern (left-hand) side of the basement. A rough-in is ready for a bathroom installation when we finish it, and we get to keep the washer and dryer.
